This is a great episode! It also be good to give some examples on how somebody might be really good at granting importance on different dynamics but maybe not so good on other dynamics and why it’s important to do that to all of the humans you interact with, I know someone who’s really good at doing that with other people in the workplace or other people they interact with professionally but on the homefront they’re not so good with it.
