Episode 30, Volume 5: HOW TO STAY OUT OF DANGER

Some of us like to seek out danger time to time.   Nothing really wrong with that if you are doing it for thrills or diversion, but do you like going into DANGER simply because of carelessness, oversight or stupidity?  Probably not, especially if it means losing your business or your livelihood.  Nobody wants to come home and tell the family that they are about to lose their home.  So let’s stay out of that condition as much as possible, shall we?  And here is how.
