I always knew, realised and am aware that Admin Scale is a powerful tool, and I can apply it in each part of my life. But whenever I tried to use it, I found it overwhelming as I was unclear about the correct sequence and whether I should start from the Top or Bottom. I always made the mistake of defining VFP. No, this episode clarified what it is and how I should apply it. It is more realistic to me; I have more certainty because of the lack of clarity on the sequence component.
