Just found this podcast and I will for sure listen to all parts, I find it extremely useful, it is just what I needed. Although I completed already courses from this management tech I still need examples and more info in detail to raise and deepen my knowledge which is exactly what I get here. Thank you so much. As a note, I prefer when you let them go a bit long. 25-30 minutes seems like it allows you to dive deeper into a topic. 👍👍

Very interesting and helpful. Wouldn’t increasing one’s zone of responsibility also include getting a job to cover the bills while working on the passion until it’s viable?
