Some seem to have a knack for getting others to get things done, and for some, it is a weak point, but when you understand WHAT gets them moving, ANYBODY is going to get better at this.

Yes, on the motivation hierarchy. But you’ve got to dig deeper than just a question. Look at his work. You’ll be able to see the pride, if his motivation is high quality. You’ll be able to see the commitment to high volume, if his stats show it. Maybe it’s not possible to do this for some posts. But just because he’s bringing up money first doesn’t mean that’s his primary motivation. It could be that he doesn’t want to waste time with you if your pay is unrealistic.

This episodes are really very very good! They give you what is important about a subject without dispersion and during a short period of time.
