Thanks for the review on the Org Board. I was able to use your example to redo my workflow thus streamline my production. Coupled with the 2nd episode talking about hiring, I discovered there was a ’someone checking quality throughout my production process’...me! But it wasn’t listed in my workflow, until now :)
