Let’s face it, who amongst us doesn’t get deluged with bad news from time to time?   Some of us more than others.   But what many don’t realize is that bad news is telling you something very precise about your organization, and if you heed the indicator, you can use it to make your company stronger and far more successful.

There are three things you MUST expect from every employee.  These are the three things that tell you whether you have someone to promote, demote, or dismiss.  If you don’t know them, personnel is a nightmare of maybe’s, could a’s, should a's, would a’s, and “I don’t knows”.  If you do, it becomes pretty simple.  Learn them in this week’s episode.
