If you are using the Hubbard management system, you are using Stat Management.  Conversely, the more you know about and apply statistical management, the more you are using the Hubbard management system.  But here and there some think they are using stat management when they are actually using “stat push”.   It pays to understand the difference.

There are four conditions that are completely within your control to handle that, left untended, mean certain self-destruction of the group.  This is condition Number 3.  Learn about it so you don’t go effect of it, and learn the remedy.
