We are about to wrap up our series on how to correctly expand your business, but before we do we need to revisit a fundamental law we have not given enough importance to in our episodes.  No law about management is simpler, no law about management is more powerful, and yet no law is so commonly ignored.

Though the term “to scale” has only come into use in a business context in the new millennium, the secrets to scaling a business are contained in the Hubbard managements system being developed since 1950.  It starts with understanding that to scale one must master at least TWO technologies, and here is where we start discussing the second one.
